In this interview done by Prof. Dr. Christian Schlereth, Dr. Michael Jungbluth talks about the changes in customer analytics at the point of sales. He provides an inside perspective on innovation, its implementation, new ways customer interact with companies and the challenges manager will face in the future in regard of customer analytics.
Dr. Michael Jungbluth studied business administration at the University Eichstätt-Ingolstadt and finished his doctoral studies in Ingolstadt in 2010. After his studies, he participated in CRM consulting projects and industrial goods marketing at his university’s chair for marketing and distribution management. Additionally, Dr. Jungbluth was successfully involved in the distribution network development at Porsche AG. Today he is consultant manager at SAS.
